Do you make and store your own product?
No. All of orders are created online and printed on demand one at a time, as they are ordered. This is an efficient way to sell product, however there are some important limitations to designing online.
There is no exchange for incorrect sizes or buyers remorse. If you are very unhappy with a product, please contact us at email@example.com, and we will do our best to work something out with you.
We choose our suppliers carefully, and we have personally ordered many of the products in the store so that we can check the quality and sizing. We have been very pleased with all of the products so far, and will continue to monitor this carefully.
How do I make an order? - Just click on the product of your choice, and add it to your cart. This will take you to your shopping cart where quantities can also be changed. Then click 'checkout' to fill out your credit card details to pay for your chosen items.
How do I pay for my order? Is it safe to use my credit card? - When you checkout you are directed to Shopify secure payment gateway where you can enter your details safely.
Payment Options - On checkout you can opt to pay by credit card, we accept Visa, Amex, Mastercard. We also offer Google and Apple Pay. Credit card transactions are processed immediately. The order is then sent to the manufacturer, and you will receive information directly from them on your order.
Shipping- After the order is received, the manufacturing is done in the US, and sometimes (especially the leggings), Mexico, or other countries. We would love to manufacture in either the US or Canada, however, at this time it is not feasible.
Since the shipping is done directly to the client from the factory, some orders have incurred Duty charges, which is not something we cannot prevent. Whilst most product takes about 2 weeks to fulfill, the leggings and other product made elsewhere can take up to 4 weeks to fulfill.
Your opinion and shopping experience is important to us and we don't want to be responsible for any confusion or misunderstandings.
What if my order is wrong, lost or damaged?
"Print on Demand" means that the order is placed directly with the manufacturer, and sent directly to the client. That means that there is no return for ordering a wrong size or buyer's remorse, however, if there is a flaw or problem with the garment, we will deal with the manufacturer and try to get a replacement. We will always do our best to make sure our customers are happy.

How long will my order take to arrive? Please note: This is important information
Each manufacturer may use different factories for different products. Shipping depends on where the product is made, so be aware that some products can take more time to arrive.
It can take from 3 to 5 weeks for an order to arrive. The actual order and manufacturing is usually a week or so, however the shipping can take up to 4 weeks. Do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com if you have an issue or a query.
A product has disappeared from the site. How long until it's available again?
Since the product is manufactured "on demand", there should be no issues with the supply, however, we might take a product offline to redesign or just keep the site fresh.
