Important Information
All of orders placed with Kollaborate Designs are printed on demand, one at a time, as they are ordered. This is an efficient way to sell product, however there are some important limitations to note about this process.
- After the order is received, the manufacturing is done in the US, and sometimes Mexico or other countries (especially the leggings). I would love to manufacture in either the US or Canada, however, at this time it is not feasible.
- I choose my suppliers carefully, and have personally ordered many of the products in the store so that I can check the quality and sizing. I have been very pleased with all of the products so far, and will continue to monitor this carefully.
- Since the shipping is done directly to the client from the factory, some orders incur duty charges, which is not something I can prevent. While most product takes about 2 weeks to fulfill, the leggings and other product made elsewhere can take up to 4 weeks. Each manufacturer may use different factories for different products, so shipping depends on where the product is made - please be aware that some products can take more time to arrive.
- "Print on Demand" means that the order is placed directly with the manufacturer, and sent directly to the client, so there is no return for ordering a wrong size or buyer's remorse. If there is a flaw or problem with the garment however, I will deal with the manufacturer and try to get a replacement - I always do my best to make sure my customers are happy.
