The "Blue Moon" Story

"Blue Moon"

I named these leggings "Blue Moon".

A friend and I went out to see the Blue Moon on a lovely black night in the fall, and we found it.  I was trying to capture the wonderful aura, which is why it is called "Blue Moon", as it is quite distinctly blue.  

I took a lot of shots, and when I got home and put them up on the computer to view them, I was struck by the shape in the cloud in this one shot, as it looks to me like an angel.

 I had just lost my Mother, and so it was a comforting image to see.  I know the actual event is science, but on this night, the "Blue Moon" spoke to me.

 For that reason, it will always be  a special image, and to see it on leggings makes it even better.
